Watch doesn't get charged

When placing the watch in the cradle, the blue light in the cradle should turn on. the watch should show an image of a cradle and will say keep in cradle and after 30 seconds will show the battery charging percentage.

If when placing the watch in the cradle the blue led doesn't turn on, or it turns on but the screen doesn't show the percentage of battery charging:

1. Take the watch out of the cradle
2. Carefully clean the golden contacts in the watch 
3. Carefully clean the golden pogo pins in the cradle
4. Place the watch in the cradle again, press the watch with your fingers to the cradle and move it gently till the blue light will turn on and display changes to cradle icon and then to percentage.
5. When the watch is turned off, few seconds after placing in the cradle it should automatically turn on, if it doesn't please follow the instructions above.

Make sure to have the cradle connected to a wall brick charger instead of a computer or laptop's USB plug. To optimize charging and battery life, make sure you use an outlet with a power rating of between 10 and 40 W.
