Detailed report doesn't complete the upload from the watch to the App

In cases where the Detailed report doesn't complete uploading from the watch to the App;

1. If scroll bar stuck before getting to 100%
   1. Close/kill the app and reopen - the upload should resume
2. If the Scroll bar gets to 99% and starts over again;
   1. Go to the phone, clear the App cache
   2. Turn off both App and the Watch
   3. Turn on back both the App and the watch 
   4. Re-take measurement
