If an error message appears while opening the app that mentions "Location services", "Storage access" or "Bluetooth permission" make sure to check the following:
On Android:
- Go to your Settings.
- Go to Apps.
- Select CardiacSense.
- Go to Permissions.
- Make sure to allow all permissions as those are necessary for the app's link with the watch.
On iOS:
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down to CardiacSense
- Authorize Bluetooth, Local Network, and Bluetooth Data.
