My watch updated its software but it's stuck on the CS Logo

During the firmware update for the watch, it goes through several steps in the background. These can take up to 30 minutes. It might be useful to have the watch in its cradle while updating to make sure there isn't an error due to low battery. If it's still stuck after 30 minutes, contact support.
